Independence, grace and dignity
As we all age, everyday activities can become more difficult to perform. We believe in helping people retain their independence, grace and dignity. That sentence is the whole brief, and every product on this site exists for that reason.
We are a family business and have been operating for over 15 years, selling daily living aids online and delivering them across Singapore. Customers come back because of the service, the quality of the products and the price.
What we will and will not tell you
We describe what a product physically is and what it does: how high it sits, where the grip point is, what it is made of, what it weighs, how far it adjusts. Every figure on a product page is one the supplier publishes, and where a figure is not published we say so instead of guessing.
What we do not do is tell you what a product will do for your health. We are a shop, not a clinician, and a claim about a health outcome is not something a shop can honestly make. If a decision depends on a medical judgement, that conversation belongs with an occupational therapist or a GP, and we are glad to supply whatever they recommend.
Buying direct, and what that pays for
We are an online supplier with no shop and no showroom. That is deliberate: the saving goes into the price rather than into a lease. You order on this site, pay by card through Stripe or by PayPal, and we deliver across Singapore.
Delivery is free on orders of $75 or more, measured on the price you see, and a flat $25 below that. Orders arrive 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time. Express Delivery is available on any order for $25.
After introducing our Eco Pack packaging we set the goal of working closely with our delivery providers to reduce our carbon emissions footprint. Thank you for being part of that.

Not sure whether a seat will fit the cubicle, or which of two aids suits the room better? Email us before you order at theteam@customersupport.care and a real person will help, usually within one working day. We would rather answer a question than process a return.
